The check-in for Armavia flights starts 3 hours prior to factual time of departure.

How is the transportation of «unaccompanied children» carried out?
Children may travel unaccompanied at age from 8 to 12. They may travel without parents and power of attorney issued to a passenger.
The transportation of unaccompanied children is allowed only when complete route booking is confirmed and notarized power of attorney is present.
When unaccompanied child aged from 8 to 12 travels, 100% adult rate is paid.
How is the transportation of pregnant women carried out?
The transportation of pregnant women is carried out unless there are still 4 weeks left before the expected date of labor. Information about the current pregnancy period and woman's health condition must be included into the medical report and prenatal record, and submitted to the Armavia Air Company.
The transportation of pregnant women is carried out under condition that the Air Company bears no responsibility for unfavorable consequences, which may occur during the flight.
How is the transportation of pets carried out?
Pets weighing up to 5 kg (including container) are admitted on board only when accompanied by a passenger. Pets weighing more than 5 kg are admitted for transportation in the baggage section of the aircraft. The relevant information must be considered and included at registration.
The passenger must submit international veterinary health certificate confirming permission of pet import into the given country while registering pets/birds.
Air Company Armavia is not responsible for injuries, loss, delivery delay, diseases or death of pets and birds, as well as for refusal of import or carriage into/ through the country.
For transporting a pet/bird, the passenger must have a container/kennel. The bottom of the container/kennel must be covered by absorbent; the kennel door must be locked.
The transportation of pets/birds must be paid, according to excess baggage fare coming from the factual mass of the pet/bird including the container/kennel, and, in accordance with fares currently in force.
How is the transportation of people with limited abilities carried out?
In order to transport sick, elderly (from 75 yrs) or handicapped passenger, a medical conclusion signed by a physician must be submitted to «Armavia» prior to departure. Moreover, the relevant information must be provided during registration.
The transportation of handicapped or sick passenger is carried out under the condition that the Air Company bears no responsibility for consequences that can occur for the passenger after and during the flight.
Medicaments, will-chairs, crutches are taken onboard free of charge and are not included into the free luggage standard fare.
If the blind passenger is escorted by his guide/dog, it is allowed to take the dog in-cabin.

It is allowed to take up to 2 litres of liquid in baggage section and up to 100 ml. liquid in carrion.
What is the weight limitation?
Each passenger (including infants up to 2 years old, the tickets of which are paid (in size of 10% of Adult fare) is entitled to carry baggage free of charge. The size of standard for free baggage is stipulated by the air company depending on specific destination, fare, class. The weight of carry-on should not exceed 5 kg for economy class and 7 kg for business class passengers.
What to do if paper ticket is lost?
In case of paper ticket loss you must contact «Armavia» city offices or branches abroad, and write a relevant application letter. In accordance with the current practice, the amount of unused component of lost ticket is returned to the passenger after 1 year since the initial flight segment date.
How many tickets can be purchased online at a time?
You can buy 9 tickets online (maximum number) at once through one-off transaction, and use the same bank/credit card for doing two transactions at a time.
How should the refund of ticket purchased on «Armavia» web-site be processed?
If you want to process the ticket refund, you must send an e-mail with an inquiry at et@u8.am address with «Refund» subject. You must indicate the number of your order, the e-ticket number, cardholder's name and the last 4 digits of the card you've used when booking the ticket. After receiving you inquiry, the air company starts processing it. After agreeing the refund amount with the passenger, the sum is transferred on to the client's bank account. The money enters the client's account during 7-14 banking days, upon execution of refund. Sometimes the timelines can differ depending on issuer bank.
