We would like to draw your attention to recently established «Armavia» Call Center which started functioning since March 1, 2010.

The establishment of «Armavia» Call Center is aimed at creation of first-hand contact and efficient work with airline clients.

At the moment, the Call Center enables clients to find out information about flights, timetable, new services, transportation rules, prices.  In future, it will also be possible to book tickets for «Armavia» flights and interline partners, as well as to receive information about discounts, benefits, bonuses and news.

You will be able to share your experiences about flight, our services, work of office employees, as well as tell us about the difficulties you've faced. You might also have attractive suggestions for service improvement.

«Armavia» Call Center operates 24 hrs a day.

Having signified the feedback of client, the Call Center provides the requested information to the clients and simultaneously responds to any offers, requests and comments proposed by them.

All conversations between the Call Center operators and the clients are recorded for incoming/outgoing information control purposes.

«Armavia» is the National Air Carrier of RA, which fully meets IATA's international standards. Today, «Armavia» carries out more than 340 flights per month to more than 35 destinations in 20 countries of the world.
